A ceiling fan can weigh far more than a light fixture and it spins all day. We install on a fan-rated box with solid bracing so the weight is supported and there is no wobble.

  • Fan-Rated Box: Every fan lands on a UL fan-rated box, never a standard light box.

  • Proper Bracing: We add support braces between joists to carry the load safely.

  • Balanced & Quiet: We balance the blades so the fan runs smooth with no wobble or rattle.

  • High & Sloped Ceilings: Downrods and sloped-ceiling adapters for vaulted rooms.

SWAP & WIRE IT RIGHT.

Replacing an old fan or putting a fan where a light used to hang is one of our most common calls. We confirm the box is fan-rated, wire it correctly, and set up your switches and remote.

  • Light-To-Fan Conversion: Upgrade a light box to a fan-rated box and brace.

  • Old Fan Removal: Take down the old unit and haul it away, clean and safe.

  • Switch Wiring: Separate fan and light control or add a second switch leg.

  • Remote Setup: Install and pair handheld or wall-mount remote receivers.

A fan needs a UL fan-rated box. A standard light box is not built to hold a spinning fan and can fail.

A wobble is almost always a mounting or balance issue, not a defective fan, and it is fixable.

In summer, run fans counter-clockwise to push cool air down and ease the load on your AC.
